We cannot tell you if we can repair your hat until we see it. Please send a picture before coming into the store

Some jobs are quick, some take months. timing depends on how full our repair bench is, and how busy the store becomes.

If we are unable to repair your hat for any reason, we will be happy to refer you to another milliner.
